Simple, flat pricing

Both worksheets are free forever. There is no account, no card, no trial clock and no cap on how many weeks you work out, because the answer is what brought you here and putting it behind a login would be a bait. Weekrota Pro is £6.50 a month for your whole team, billed monthly, and it is the record the rota lives in: every member of staff with their rate and contracted hours, every week's rota with its shifts, every swap and sickness change with who made it and when, the published version your staff can see, the hour and cost totals payroll is run from, and export of the lot whenever you want it. One flat price, every feature, however many people you put on the rota.

Should you just buy a workforce suite instead?

If you need clocking in, timesheets, payroll exports, holiday balances and HR files in one place, buy a workforce suite and do not read on. Weekrota is for the employer who has payroll handled and needs one thing kept properly: who is on which shift this week, what it costs and what changed. It is priced and scoped for that and nothing else.

Competitor pricing read 2026-09-05 on the vendor's UK page: Deputy prices Lite at £3.25, Core at £4.25 and Pro at £6.50 per user per month, GBP excluding taxes, with a minimum monthly spend of £20 on its monthly plans (deputy.com/gb/pricing). Each figure is sourced in research/data/claims.tsv with its retrieval date; prices change and the vendor's own page is the authority.
